We do offer training at an hourly rate for both our full billing clients as well as our hourly clients.

After your contract has been signed, the onboarding process takes anywhere between 2 - 6 weeks to get your clinic fully up and running.

You will be assigned an onboarding specialist to ensure your clinic transitions to our care as smoothly as possible. After your initial onboarding period, you will be assigned a billing specialist. Your billing specialist is an expert in your EHR system and will be you main point of contact.

No! Although we primarily work with Chiropractors, we have several clients that are in the PT, Mental Health, Acupuncture, and Interdisciplinary spaces.

If you have a cloud based EHR system, we will ask you to create a billing account for us. If you have a server based EHR system, we ask that you have a dedicated computer for us to access your EHR with SplashTop.
