Yes — we offer hourly training and consulting tailored to your clinic, whether you’re a full-billing client or using us as-needed. Sessions can cover the full billing cycle, including sending claims, applying EOBs, handling denials and appeals, generating weekly and monthly reports, minimizing denials, managing patient statements, and other best billing practices — everything your team needs to run or optimize internal billing.
Once the agreement is signed, we’ll schedule an onboarding call to understand your processes and gather access to all billing-related systems. Full billing can typically begin within 2–8 weeks, depending on our current waitlist.
Yes and No — you’ll start with a dedicated Client Coordinator who guides you through onboarding, completes your audit, and ensures continuity for the first 2–3 months. After that, your dedicated Billing Specialist becomes your primary contact and is the only person working on your account. This approach ensures you get both expert technical service and consistent, personalized support.
