Customizable to the clinic's needs, to include PI cases, General/Private Insurances, and paper billing forms. This will also include many of our other services.
ACCOUNT AUDITING
We will run a full reports, review your system setup and office processes to ensure proper billing procedures are happening as well as make recommendations to correct any issues found.
REPORTING
Detailed reporting will be executed to include any unpaid Insurance claims, and follow-up and clean-up of each claim will be performed.
CLEARING HOUSE SET-UP
This includes enrollments with ERA, EFT, and EDI. It also includes integrating clearing houses with EHR software or switching clearing houses all together.
FEE SCHEDULE INTEGRATION
We will research fee schedules for your contracted companies, add them to your clinic’s software (if allowed), and provide a detailed, organized chart of allowed amounts for each requested insurance company.
