A detailed report will be executed to include any unpaid Insurance claims and follow-up and clean-up of each claim will be performed.

CREDENTIALING / CLEARING HOUSE SET-UP

This includes:

*Enrollments with ERA, EFT, and EDI

*Credentialing with Insurance Companies

*Fixing any credentialing issues with the insurance company including address updates, name changes, adding associates, and adding new clinic providers such as acupuncturist, massage therapists, etc.

FEE SCHEDULE INTEGRATION

We will research fee schedules for your contracted companies, add them to your clinic’s software (if allowed),

and provide a detailed, organized chart of allowed amounts for each Insurance Company requested.
